They can compare REALTORS® prior sales by zip code, current listings, years of experience, commission rates, and more. There is no fee or obligation to the consumer to use the service.

Home Valuation (AgentView) Registration:

This short form product is for those home owners/sellers who want to research historical information about home prices and look at comparable properties in their areas to determine what their homes may be worth. HomeGain offers the consumer access to recent sales information nationwide plus the opportunity to obtain a FREE Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) from a top local agent in their ZIP Code.

View Homes for Sale Nationwide:

Let your users view real estate listings for homes across the nation through the local MLS, your Multiple Listings Service. HomeGain will pay you on a Pay-Per-Click (PPC) basis each time a unique visitor uses the link to click through from your web site to the HomeGain home listings page. With nationwide coverage, you will be able to link to listings on a national, state, metro or city level - your preference! Anyone may submit an application. Based on the application, a site may be incorporated into the HomeGain Affiliate Program. However, HomeGain reserves the right to refuse any Web site from participating in the HomeGain Affiliate Program at our sole discretion. How to Join

  2. Complete the Affiliate Application
    If you are a "Be Free" partner, you can use the fast app process at http://www.reporting.net
  3. We'll review your Affiliate Application and notify you by email within 2 business days once you've been approved.
  4. In your approval email, we will provide you with all the instructions for placing links on your site and how to access your tracking reports.
